The carer's job is to care for and help the elderly with everyday activities. Completing the care plan and assisting with the administration of medication. Involving residents in daily activities, taking into account their wishes, state of health, mood and abilities.

Caregiver's qualification or certificate of completion of caregiving training or currently attending a caregiving training course
Proficiency in Estonian at a communicative level
A desire to help people
Accuracy and punctuality
Ability to speak fluent English and German - Educational level: basic education
- Language skills: EN, RU
